The G'n'R forum is presumably manned by Les Paul players, the Clapton forum by Strat players, the MBV forum by Jazz/Jag players...nothing mysterious 'bout that.

You could have added 'do you own a Traynor amp' to your poll too.

If somebody presented me with either as a gift I'd not refuse, but or my money I'll stick with wooden guitars and UK built amps.

Overall I think people find that the EA forum is populated by smart musicians who use many different guitars and basses for many different effects. Wood is still very popular here. Hell, many of us own lucies and sticks and... Lotta Jag/Jazz players here too.

I think the only guitars EA forum members don't use (by and large) are Les Paul and BC Rich (with the exception of 80s V).
