Old Peavy power amps are cheap. If you can run pre-out from whatever you use now, that will give you your watts.
You can still find Sound City 100w heads for a decnet price if you want an all in one guitar amp that actually sounds good.
Do you need more that 100w? What the hell are you doing?

On the Cheap, go for a Sound City. The Mk3 100 watters are comparable to a Hiwatt w/o a Master Volume. The Mk4 120's with the active tone controls are a bit more powerful, but they don't sound as good as the Mk3's, however, if you're looking for volume you really needn't worry. You might want to check out the Sound City SMF Tour series that Zom-zom has, however I've not heard one. Another Sound City that you might want to look at is the Sound City 200. Again ,this is similar to a Hiwatt 200 but without a Master Volume.
The original Sunn Model T's have plenty of volume as well, though prices seem to be climbing.
On the expensive side, You'd do well to check out a Marshall Major which is another 200 watt amp. I've also known people that played guitar through Ampeg SVT's which produce a SHITLOAD of volume, so don't rule those out either.
