Well...this is a day I've been thinking about for quite a while. It's in Clocker Bob's signature (when he posts his signature). I asked him...twice?...I think...what the significance of this date was, and I received no reply.

Since nothing symbolic has exploded yet...and because I have yet to be consumed in an anthrax holocaust...and the stock market hasn't crashed...and Bush hasn't revealed that he is actually Hitler...I have to ask Bob 'n' board...what's the deal with this date?

Don't know bout you Americans but to me that means the 6th of November

I too asked Bob about this day by private message.... he did respond to me, twice. He was very elusive - basically told me he couldn't tell me but it was going to possibly be very significant.

I would post details of the exchange but I fear invoking the wrath of the C-B. That's not a joke. All my reading of his threads has made be paranoid, and besides he's not very nice when he's angry.

Please, for the love of god, let today be the day that we discover that every goddamn thing we've ever held dear is a lie, and that Bob was right all along. Maybe this will help to ease some of the tension that's built up on this forum.
