OK here's the deal:

Yesterday I was at Hot Doug's, and when I threw my stuff away, I noticed the strangest thing: There were SUPERDAWG cups in his trash! I was like holy crap! And then I was like "Oh somebody must be doing a taste test or something."

But then, it hit me. We could do a tour of several of the city's famous dog joints, rent a bus or whatever. And then I thought we could do it for charity, like a walk-a-thon, with people pledging per dog. And then we could get t-shirts and everything else.

My idea is to go Superdawg>Hot Doug's>Underdogg(?)>Duk's>Demon Dogs>Weiner's Circle>Gold Coast Dogs>one on the south side...

and then we could have a benefit show at the end to celebrate!

What do you think?

The person who eats the most dogs could win a trophy shaped like a golden toilet.

I'm in.

Ok let's nail this down:

With Demon Dogs gone, Underdogg, not all that great, My idea for the route would be:

Superdawg - 6363 N. Milwaukee Avenue
Hot Doug's - 3324 N California Ave
Weiner's Circle - 2622 N. Clark St.
Gold Coast Dogs - 2415 N. Clark St.
Sam's Red Hots - 2375 W Armitage Ave
Duk's Red Hots - 636 N. Ashland Ave.

Maybe one of the Jimmy's? I'd love to have some southside representation, but I don't know if it'll take us too far away?

And I guess Saturday would be the day to do it, since Doug is closed on Sunday...
