His in particular is about the nicest guitar i've ever played, but $6500 is a lot of cheddar and the whole $5000 bean thing seems to have been a passing fad. I looked for stress cracks on this one but couldn't find any. If you've got a colored artist or standard bean to trade him I know he creams for those.

Not a big deal IMO. From what he's posted over at the TB Board, seems like a down to Earth guy. I realize it's popular to bag on him here though.

i totally love what he do artisticly speaking, movies or music.

i've learned, after meeting some, to separate what an artist is from what he does...
i was a huge Pixies fan, and i was so disapointed when i get to meet
frank black and he behaved like a total moron with me....
and it happened at several occasions with others artists from " the scene ", more DIY bands...
that's just human nature, the fact that you play in a band or that you are a "personality" involve that you have to be nice and kind and a good guy ???
i'm not sure of that. prior to be artists or musicians, they are just men...in all their weakness !
