So good! Not crap.

Not Crap for the mouth. Unfortunately, total Crap for the rest of the body. Overall : CRAP

I used to work at a restaurant in Columbus, OH, that served this with a brownie underneath everything in the ramekin. That was probably my favorite all-time dessert.

Crème brûlée in general is probably my all-time favorite dessert.

I try to avoid all desserts, but this one.. when I see it on the menu.. I cannot resist, ever. Not Crap!

Crème brûlée is one of the only desserts I actually crave (I have little in the way of a sweet tooth). Key Lime Pie and tiramisu are the other standouts.

So NOT CRAP, and I think I'll treat myself to some delicious fat with caramelized sugar this week. Mmm...
