Okay so my band is putting out an independent record and I have been bestowed with the responsibility of designing the album cover.
One individual who posts here criticized one of my designs (well, not harshly, he mentioned it sort of offhand) saying that it didn't match the album title.
I said that this is CRAP.
If you disagree, name one great album with a great cover that illustrates the title literally.
And no Mountain Climbing! either, I went over that one already; it's a good illustration but come on, it's a pretty cheesy cover on a conceptual level.
And also, we already went over Paul McCartney Ram and Tug of War, and Billy Joel Glass Houses too.
