Things you splurge on

I don't make a lot of money. I try to live frugally, but there are just some things in life you need to dish out a little extra cash for. I do this in particular with food.
There are two things that I've spoiled myself with and can't go back to the cheaper varieties: olive oil and cheese.
I tend to buy expensive European mayonaise too.
Don't consider this thread limited to foodstuffs though.

Shoes. Yeah it sounds weird, but I'll pay around 80 bucks for a good pair of sneakers, just so it lasts me for a couple of years. I'm not really the type to own more than two pairs at once, so I'll splurge on that.
I'm frugal in most other areas, except instruments, and pedals, within reason though.

I usually piss myself off after I buy them, but I really don't spend money like crazy. I just save my money, unless I'm at a record store.

Even though I don't need anymore. Only sneakers though. I think I own 45+ pairs.

And payday is venison and weisbier day.
