these can't possibly be "the best days of my life". 21 here. I'm generally happy but do fight anxiety and depression from time to time. Still have all my marbles but they sure as hell make a lot of noise. Trying to be less lazy, wondering where I'll be in five years and feeling like I wish I had spent more time considering my options before declaring Anthropology my major have been big concerns of mine lately. I also have a hot girlfriend, great friends, and (hopefully) lots of time to learn from my fuckups and carve myself a niche.

you become more focused and assertive and as a result get more of the stuff that matters to you done. getting olded is a big motivator as you realise that time is one thing you don't acutally have.

I'm 22, and feel worried of how fast a year will seem when I get to be middle aged considering how fast a year feels now. I didn't do shit at 21

My mind says yes but my waistline says no.

I'm 22, living in a nice house cheaply with some very cool roommates and I just started a job that I think I'm going to like a lot.
