I hate when people say this. If everyone who felt passionately about this topic went out collectively and let everyone else know how they felt, a statement would be made. or everyone can sit around, watch reruns of "what not to wear" or "mythbusters" this Saturday and complain that they don't have a voice.

I don't hate it when people say this, becuase it is a legitimate concern, and, well, because I said it. I will most likely be out there, as it's one of the few things left to possibly do, seeing as the cards are stacked against us. It's just that, will our voices be heard, even doing this? Are demonstrations organized in a way that will actually capture the rest of the public's minds? Will the media treat us all like a bunch of stoned hippies?

I'm glad to see you're enraged reaction though, I was hoping for people to contradict my pessimism.
