This Distorted Pony is good, but it obviously owes a lot to Big Black and the like. They even admit this on the bio I found, and Steve did a few of their records too.

sure of it...i said at the begining....but this is about Shellac VS Distorted Pony....Big Black/Rapeman were "over the edge"......from this point of view there is not a point of comparision with others math-rock bands of the '90.......this is obvious to me......
