obviusly you can use a microphone, but i prefer something more comfortable to use and something were i can move along freely.

6I use the big shot on my ukulele, and it's great. As a result, a friend got one for his melodica, and he likes it...though he had to use a hot glue gun to get the pickup to stick. Otherwise he's been completely happy with the result.
