Other than the 602 being discontinued, does anyone know the difference between the sennheiser 602 and the sennheiser 602 II?

Sennheiser doesn't provide the same spec sheet for the 602 II. Just a hi res image of the mic. Even though that's nice to look at, it doesn't tell me much about how the mic sounds.

I've only used the 602s a few times and can't remember if they were 602s or a 602 IIs, but I was definitely impressed. What do you guys think though? Good sounds? Reliable? Consistent quality from the factory?
