rf demodulator

i don't think this should go in tech room because it has nothing to do with audio engineering.
so...
what i need is just some old rf demodulator. my roomate has one, he doesn't really even need it but he's a prick and won't give it up. i have a plasma tv that has no coaxial input. so i need to demodulate the rf signal from the cable into an a/v rca out. the opposite of an rf modulator.
it's got to have a coax in and an rca out. that's all.
numsayin?
suggestions? i've heard vcrs don't really do the trick. and i'm not dropping $500 fucking dollars on a fancy rack demodulator. i just want to watch the giants game this weekend is all.
