I know there's a topic in General Discussion, but this is the C/NC poll.

Definitely, definitely CRAP.

This is not a good film. It is not even a good "movie."

Liked it a lot. Not a fan of monster movies, but a fan of handheld-camera movies.

Not interested. I saw the Orphanage instead.

Guy behind me yelled at the screen "Hold still!"

I started experiencing nausea as a result of the acting.

The camera work was fine.

Reminds me of that alleged Bono bit where he demands silence and proceed to clap really slowly for two minutes and tells the audience, "Every time I clap, a baby dies in Africa."

From the audience someone screams, "Stop clapping!"

I can't actually see this movie in a theater. I'll get motion sick.

I saw it at a midnight show Thursday night. They gave away some T-shirts and posters via a trivia contest before the show. One of the questions was, "What two movies besides Cloverfield are opening here tomorrow?" Some wit up front shouted out, "2 Girls 1 Cup!" He did not get a T-shirt.

well i'll say that i enjoyed the shit out of this movie. the n00b acting didn't even bother me (and they did a pretty damn good job, all things considered.)

well worth seeing on the big screen. wasn't bothered by the handheld gimmick.

there are some things to nitpick at, but altogether well-executed.
