When looking inside of you organ you should see a group of boards each one should look identical in design many times some nice person has written in marker on the board which note it is there should be one board for each note A - G.
On the boards there could be something like a trim pot but on my Farfisa the trim pot looks like a square sheet metal tube about 2 high about a half inch on each side. At the top of the tube will be a hole looking in the hole with a flash light you will see the top of a rod that can be adjusted with a small flat head screwdriver. Use a marker or pencil to mark where you start. These allow for fine tuneing the rod may be continious (not stop at a 360 degree turn).
There should be one for each note 7 of these on your board. On old synths there was a common tuning knob on the back but with old combo organs each note was tunable.
Acetone organs have a interesting construction if you ever get to see one.
Tuning an electric organ?
3I created a subject on this just a couple of weeks back:

It was pretty easy to do. On the organ I opened up, there were just 12 tuning pots situated beneath the keys, next to the circuitry. I plugged them in to a guitar tuner and used a screwdriver to adjust them.
If you have a good look they'll be there somewhere. They may well look something like this:
Other people here might be able to advise you more specifically, as I know fuck all about electronics.
Good luck!
