Anyone have a line on a decent apartment? Maybe an opening in your building, etc...
Lemmie know, we are looking to move May 1st
So far everything we've looked at has been a shithole or the landlord was on some bullshit, I hate this process

There was a vacancy in one of the buildings across the street. I'll check to see if it's still available tonight after work.

I'm moving out of my apartment this week and they're going to renovate the batroom, so I'm guessing it'll be up for rent Aprilish.
1443 N. Bell Garden apartment
Two small bedrooms
Utilities aren't too bad
Coin Laundry in the coach house
Parking is unzoned and amazing. Always an empty spot out front.
Five minute walk to the blueline
Five minute walk to Subt, Double Door and the Bottle
I'm moving to the coach house in back. There's four of us in the building, two I've known since high school and the other person is my hookup. Nice place to live.
$725 right now, but they're probably going to raise it to $750

You would leave the Kedzie Addison area? And move far from Kumas? Even tho I have not met you, I like knowing that there is another Cocorosie fan within a block or 2 from me.

Of course Steve might like to see the number of Cocorosie fans in his zip code drop, so there is that.
