im torn. i live in austin, and have seen these guys at least half a dozen times. when their show is limited to 45 minutes, it rocks the house. when they've got a showcase, it goes on for 45 minutes too long. their first record rocks the house. their second record is about 35 minutes too long.
i guess NOT CRAP, for a dude with pigtails and a dude in a cape, they've entertained the hell out of me.
i'll add that the youtube video certainly isn't the best i've heard them do.

I live in Austin, as well.
GO seem really late to the trend, but they are entertaining and have some charm.
Not interesting or important on any level (the frat-boy party music comment is fairly spot on) but not crap, per se. I mean this is harmless fluff played by goofballs.

Haven't heard. Watched the clip w/o sound. I could imagine them having a Can thing going on, as their singer seems vaguely Suzuki-reminiscent...
at least visually. I dunno....try watching it w/o sound.
