hi Bob,
i have listened to Exploded Drawing by Polvo a million times since it came out (i believe it was '96 or '97).
i've been a fan of the band for years and...since you hang around this forum i'd like to ask you which mics have you used for tracking Ash's and Dave's guitar.

Are you serious? My memory is not so good as to be able to remember a detail like that from 6 or 7 years ago.

I probably used 2 mics per amp. And I probably used a Beyer ribbon mic on each (160, 130, 500, 260??). Maybe 2 Beyers on each? Maybe a Coles 4038 on one?

Sorry, but the only way to really find out would be to find the master tapes and look at the track sheets.
