Page had a lot more to offer, but also a lot more time to do it. He was certainly influenced by Jimi, but that's true of any guitarist post-Hendrix.

Comparisons are moot in the realm of creativity.
Comparing one guitar player to another is like comparing Rembrandt to Picasso. They're both the greatest in their own ways but there is no solid data based way to quantify who is the "greatest" because art is not measurable.
Some people like strawberry, some people like chocolate. No ones wrong.

I like Hendrix's voice though.
