Other posters houses look like.
For me, I seem to get this image of other posters haunched over a computer in their kitchen, their significant other watching something on TV. It looks vaguely like the place my ex and I had on Johnson St up near Columbia Heights.
Yes, this is a creepy thread; I'm just sayin'; you get a picture of other posters in your head, but what about their abode?
Meh.

I picture Ty Webb living in a semidetached with his gf in Queens. I have a vague idea of what it looks like, though, from the photos of his dogs. This may be cheating for this thread.

Burun lives in some sort of walkup with windows from the bedroom that look out over the street. (This is purely in my imagination) this is because she is addicted to sunlight and moved her bed nearest the windows. (Again, pure supposition.)

Everyone who posts here from the North Side of Chicago basically lives in my old apartment in Rogers Park. Wood floors, some nice and useful builtins, a room off the bedroom with a computer in it and a gas stove in the kitchen.

Except Itchy, who apparently lives in the North Side of Chicago version of one of Saddam's palaces.

Walkup, yes.

Windows, I has 'em.

I shrink from the light in the bedroom.

In my imaginings, all of your places are much nicer than my own.

So fuck you.

Fuck me. As I mash my fingers into my dirty laptop, I sit in KITCHEN, while my SIGNIFICANT OTHER watches a rerun of Law & Order. What color is my front facade?

Powder Blue.

No. It's white stucco in the center with wood on either side like an oreo house. However, powder blue is my favorite color and we were seriously considering redoing part of the house in that color.
Bizarre.

I picture all of you living in a tent in your parents' back yard.

Either that or in your parents' basement, which has wood panelling and mounted, stuffed wildlife hanging on the walls because, unlike most of you, your fathers actually go outside sometimes.
