Pew influenced Sims, but I gotta go with the little general here. He's done a LOT more work, was consistently brilliant for an extended period of time across 3 bands. Forget about it. Pew played some often brilliant, very swanky bass lines for a brief period of time. And that was it. Just for the bassplaying. I say it's Sims.

Sims.
Birthday Party was a cool band but they look like a bunch of douchebags there. I'll take no bullshit Texas rock over a pirate shirt and eyeliner.
