a friend put together a cd for me discipline through sound, and fresh breath e.p. the two I thought were fairly similar, I then got thumb days, which is fantastic! both interesting vocals, both did awesome covers, both are heavy as balls, were both one album bands (does the e.p. count)?
two bands enter, only one, will leave...
where is shorty's bassist now?
I like shorty a bit more.

I liked Shorty better, wilder and more out of control.

I have never heard either band, though I assume that a year or five from now when I finally hear each of them, I will go "damn, this is good stuff!" just like I did when hearing Scratch Acid or Rapeman for the first time a year or two ago.

I have heard a lot of both bands, I saw Big'n play a few times and Shorty is just way more interesting to me, weirder stuff going on musically. Shippy is just a really fantastic guitar player all around.
