Console Power supply cable DIY. Guage recomendation?

1
Im building a new cable for my power supply to console. It has neutric nc6mx connectors. I was looking around for some 6 conductor cable..but im not sure of what gauge to get. I found some Mogami 7 (listed Below)conductor cable cheap at Performance audio.. They have no 6 conductor. I figure I could just not use one wire....

Im not sure if the gauge of the wire will be enough to cover the consoles power...

Is there a recommended gauge when connecting power supply to console. How do you know how many amps.. a cable can handle before becoming too hot and melting its insulation?

The power supply is for a soundtracs m series. The supply itself has no power output information.

Here the cable im looking at...

0.15mm² (#26AWG ) conductor overall shield cable series is comprised of about two times larger conductor size as mechatro overall shield cable series. There is no community in design policy, as they were originally custom-made cables and remained as standard items one by one, however, they are suitable where larger conductor size, flexibility and compactness are all required. Available from five up to nine conductor, not in twisted pair configuration.

Any recommendations would be VERY appreciated.

I have contacted the soundtracs autorized repair service in the states, but I would rather build the cable for $20 then pay a ridicules sum for it.

Thanks for your response.
