Scary poll.

I went with Spiderland...but it's just more my thing.

Lyrics - Incredible
Musicianship - Perfect

Goat is also an all-time favorite of mine. No hard feelings, Goat.

I Slinted this thread.

I like Spiderland more than Goat. The Jesus Lizard won't mind.

I'd pick Goat over just about everything. Anything.

I have to go with Goat on this one. Spiderland is great and all but Goat kicks it's ass and leaves it bleeding to death.

Give me a fucking break.

Spiderland. It's more creative. Goat has better bass playing, but it's too short and is only great, not revolutionary.

If your criteria are asskicking and bloodletting, then you are probably not going to appreciate a song like "for dinner...". This song is not mentioned enough! It is an incredible song. Is there any precedent for it?

Why? The reasons aren't hitting me as apparent.

I don't know, it seems sort of obvious to me. I mean, every time i think of Touch & Go I think about its label on Goat's sleeve.
