I don't know what to vote for. how is "duuuuuude!" much different from "yes!!"? I might say one or the other, I don't usually think it over.

That is the standard reaction to hearing your favourite song in the UK.
Personally I never refer to a song as a "tune" or a "track". But you can't really shout "SONG!!!" so I usually just sing along.
