She's the female version of Carrot Top. Except more annoying and nothing she says or does is funny.
I've seen Carrot Top rig up some props that were so ridiculous, they became funny.
Kathy reminds me of vinegar and dead animals.

I think the only leeway I'll give her is for her appearance on Curb Your Enthusiasm, and even then I'm still irked.

i dunno.... she used to give me the willies.... but recently i noticed that she is fully capable of being very funny. not that she usually is, because she usually is not. but she's capable.

She made fun of Jesus on the Emmy awards. For that she gets a NC vote from me. Other then that she can be very annoying. But she has some balls on her. That's for sure.
