I have never lived in a basement apartment before, so this having bugs in the house thing is kinda new to me.
We have centipedes and spiders but the cat eats those, so that's covered.

Now we also have these little tiny gnats, they are fucking annoying.

I think maybe they are coming up through the drains in the sink, but they seem to be most concentrated in the computer room which has no sink.

What the fuck is up with these annoying little gnats? How do I get rid of them?

my folks had this problem in their basement, i dont recall how they got rid of them though. i will check with them and let you know.

Some of my cats prefer flying things to crawly things. Maybe you need one that eats bugs of the flying variety. We've got the spectrum covered here.

Alternatively you could rock a Bowl of Death. The little fuckers just can't help themselves.

ah those must be those indigenous Wicker Park bugs that have been all over the news lately. Whatever you do don't let them bite you!
