In the USA, I think John Golden does a good job for the honest and decietful alike. Some folks I know really like Roger Siebel at SAE in Arizona, but I've never used him.
You'll get a reference CD (if you ask for one), and the pressing plant will get master lacquers.

3I send my 1/4" masters to John and JJ Golden whenever possible. They charge a reasonable fee, and do a great job. There are other mastering houses that accommodate 1/4" reels, but don't cut laquer. They will send a 'this should work' CDR to the pressing plant and hope for the best.
