In regard to the equipment displayed, what are the policies involving the amps and other equipment? Are they for rent, or free to use with the use of the studio? For instance, I have a hammond M3 and am thinking of reserving Studio B, but would rather not HAVE to cart the M3 in if the B3 is available for use.

The general rule here is everything is open for the bands to use. We don't charge any extra money for amps, instruments, pedals, or other equipment in the studio. It is all up for use in making an awesome record. Some things are stationary in the two studios, examples being the pianos (for obvious reasons), and plate and spring reverb. The B3 is a heavy bastard, but can be moved from studio to studio, so you don't have to bring your M3. The M3 does sound different, so if you are in love with that, maybe come by and try the B3 out to make sure you like it. Excellent. Thanks very much, Greg. I haven't played on a B3 but I have heard that it's like the M3, but more expanded. (Or rather, I've heard the M3 called the baby B3). I live in Minneapolis, so I can't stop by, but this does help a lot in influencing my decision.
