Since digging through the General Disscussion forum can be terrifying and the 'for sale' thread is often a couple pages down, I thought it might be easier if we had a similar thread over here. I am gonna be cleaning out the closets and several folks here were interested in hearing what I was unloading. If anyone feels this is crass commercialism let me know and we can abort. The first wave, including ND junk:50's parlor acoustic, usa made, plays like a newer guitar- low action/new tuners. $601947-55 Gibson BR-9 lap steel plays great, original case, a bit beat up. $250 Ibanez CP10 compressor/sustainer pedal -$40Traynor ts 25 b 1x15" combo -you know what this does. $100

Seriously though this is just crass commercialism. Some folks just have no morals.Anyway, foolish comments aside... I'd be interested in the BR-9. I don't know whether it would be worthwhile shipping it to the UK though. Any idea how much that would be? The Parlor looks great too. I'm slowly (very slowly) making one at the moment - it would be great to have an example to mess about with in the meantime - I don't know if I can buy another guitar though.

I can't express how badly I want that Deluxe. What a fucking great deal. The tele is gorgeous too. If I wasn't buying an 80's MIJ Tele in like 3 days I'd be all about it.

glad everyone jumped on board- Parlor has sold locally. Local dude may pick up the Lap Steel this evening. if he doesn't take it I will follow up w/ those that have expressed interest. The second wave:cheapo beringer pedal. it is a copy of the hyper fuzz, with 2 fuzzes and a boost setting. none of them are 'good' but they are weird - $10tweed 6l6 Deluxe circuit. puts out about 15-20 watts. the pot for the tone contol is wrong, it works fine, but is more bassy than it needs to be. I have a couple hundred too many projects to ever get to this. $150pair of Celestion g12m-70 8ohm. pretty new. some white specks on one of the cones, but doesn't seem to affecxt anything. $50 sadly, I have just not bonded with my new telecaster. Ash body, oly white, threaded saddles, tonerider pickups, v neck profile, kluson vintage tuners. $425

yep - 6l6 deluxe is still here. Nothing wrong other than the tone pot and the total lack of asthetics. -plugged it in just yesterday to decide if i wanted to get rid of it. Whoever built it used a military transformer, so I assume it'll be around for the next 1000 years.

I have a modern Marshall 1960b cab filled with Weber 1225s (greenback-y). I live in North Georgia, about an hour from Athens and Atlanta. I'd like to move it along for $300. I could travel to meet folks. I also have the cab's original speakers, for anyone interested.
