I didn't grow up watching Mr. Rogers. He seemed kinda creepy when I first heard of him as an adult.
Plus Sesame St. has Bert's huge eyebrows, Oscar (green moany little fuck who lives in a trashcan), and a Cookie Monster. Seriously, there is no competition here - a Cookie Monster, no less.
He puts cookies in his big puppet mouth, screams, bites and crumbs go fucking everywhere.
Cookie Monster alone could win this.
