Anyone heard of a band called SLINT?

Apparantly they are really like Nirvana and Pixies meeting Iggy Pop down a wind tunnel on acid, while John Fahey and Aphex Twin look on horrified - remixed by Beyonce Knowles and engineered by Roger Daltrey!!!!!!!!!

At least that's what the "kids" are saying anyway. I did see a bunch of average fully grown men soil themselves when someone whispered 'slint' at them. One of them even puked and i swear i heard him gibbering the word 'seminal' over and over between wretching.

So what's the down low on these guys then? I mean if anyone knows anything, obviously. Is it the music from the last Gillette ad campaign, or do they do video game sountracks at all? (maybe that's where i know the name from)
