unusual indie rock sightings

This is nothing special, but it was so bizarre I had to share it with some folks who would at least appreciate oddity.
So on the Food Network last Friday night on Rachel Ray's Inside Dish, she goes to Chicago and goes to Rick Nielson's pizza place, Piece. They also go record shopping, and show the obligatory Cheap Trick vinyl, blah, blah, blah... then during the next shot she's holding a copy of 1000 Hurts. I assumed my mind was playing tricks, but sure enough, during the next scene she has that and Mission of Burma, all on vinyl. So, so strage. Like going to Grandma's house and seeing Ween next to the stereo or something. I can only assume she asked Rick for recommendations and he gave her those as a joke, because she just seems WAY too bubbly to be into that sort of music. But I've certainly been wrong before, so anyway, there you go.
