I looked up "Didjits in the search engine under "not crap/ crap" poll and didn't find an official poll. So it is odd indeed. Did you ever see them live?

Way more gratifying than Rick Sims in the Supersuckers. It didn't make them better, that's for sure.
Didjit? si!
did!

I found the album "full nelson reilly" in a college radio sale when I was a late stage teenager. I didn't know the band, but I say it was on touch and go, and bought it for a good 3 dollars american.
from the intro to "top fuel" through, what a great motherfucker of a rock n roll record. i was very very happy with that find.
top notch.

Rick Simms is one balls-out, full-on Rock Star, even when he's playing in some shitty dive somewhere. The Gaza Strippers are OK, but he hit his peak with the Didjits, who were truly sublime.

I don't care if there is already a Crap/Not Crap for these guys - after this weekend I am just going to make a General Discussion thread also - advance warning, y'all.
