Anyone with HBO who hasn't seen this show yet, do yourself a favor and give it a go. It is so brilliantly written, shot and acted.

This is the ultimate guy's show, if ever there was one. I almost had to shave after last night's season 2 premier from the testosterine overproduction it triggers once the opening title track begins playing.

I've never heard such poetic use of the words cocksucker, cunt, fuck, fucking, fuckers, shit-heal, whore and so-forth before in my life.

The violence and 1870's indifferent modes of brutal "justice" is just beautiful to watch.

And the political incorrectness is shockingly refreshing.

Think last night's show gets re-run Tuesday night.

I would've done a C/NC on this, but I have too much 'cocksucking work to do for the fucking cunt who runs this fucking agency the dirt-worshippers call 'Fuck-all to the Heavens Adverfuckin'tising."'

funny you should mention that.... on friday i downloaded every episode of that so far... on saturday i watched the first 9... on sunday i watched the next 3... then i watched the most recent one as soon as the torrent was available last night.

love it! interesting times.... and it enhances the entertainment to know that it is based upon much actual history and in-depth research.

I came for the Carnivalé, I stayed for the Deadwood. Quite enjoyable.

I love this show.

Anything where I can hear Ian McShane curse, well, I AM THERE.

In NYC they have transformed one of the shuttle trains that go from Grand Central to Times Square into a "Deadwood" train.

It's pretty great.

This season's opener had the best fight scene.

and dialog (Swearingen calling Bullock "cunt-struck" - priceless).

Can't wait to see the next episode.

 "Cunt-struck"!!! I made my girlfriend get up and listen to that rant when they replayed it on Monday. Best show on TV, hands down. McShane is awesome.

I've only seen the first season so far and I'm more than impressed.
A friend is downloading the second season so we can watch it before the third season starts this spring.
