The Pink Floyd were for their time/and still are a mind melt. Syd pushed it as far he could & never came back. Anything after that is crap and we have that creep Roger Waters to thank.

you cannot have exceptions

we have to be able to tell DEFINITIVELY if you think the artiste at hand is crap or not crap

please read the 'how to play' part in the crap/not crap forum thing

it's very important to stake a claim rather than lay your stake halfheartedly on the ground

example:

pink floyd is crap psychedelia for beer drinkers. the first couple albums, ok as they are, are swamped out by opaque bilge. roughly as good as the grateful dead, who were at least able to handle their drugs for the most part.
