Last time you had a colonoscopy was when?You ever see a doctor about this?They usually can be managed, but getting rid of them isn't always as easy as strangling them.

I got hemorrhoids bad. My ass is killin' me. Seriously, I don't know what the deal is, but I've had one of these fuckers for like 6 years and it won't go away. I'm mostly vegetarian, so I do pretty well when it comes to fiber, but I do eat a lot of sugar and fat. Speaking of fat, I'm a fat piece of shit. I'm 5'11 and I weigh like 225. I need to lose weight in a major way. I've heard weight can cause these. Have any of you ever successfully gotten rid of them? I've tried Preparation H, but all that shit does is make my asshole gooey. I've also heard you can "strangle" them...Am I gonna need surgery?

Ligation worked. Uncomfortable, for sure, for the first couple days especially. But I've had worse.The doc had a rather pretty young intern observing on that particular day. I hope she got her money's worth.
