Does anyone have experience using these to record toms or snare? Curious how the low end response compares to Shure 98https://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/tg-d58.html

I've been using these for toms for most of the last year, so most stuff I've recorded for PRF will have them on it. Yes, a band I play in recorded a record in our bass player's practice space and he used those on toms. I did really like the tom sound, the raw mic sound seemed finished without any eq or processing. I don't remember having any impression of the low-end response specifically.
