I have an old installed version thats just been lasting me forever. If I had to give it up, i'd probably go with a free or cheaper workalike. I truly dont mind paying for Illustrator, but $20.99 a month for personal use is a lot.

Can you still buy Illustrator or has it gone all cloud/subscription model? Would be nice to have but not not at $20 bucks a month or whatever it is

Front Panel Express is great. I've had engraved and printed panels made by them, and they always look fantastic. You pay a bit of a premium compared to some options, but it's worth it to me for the product you get, the easy-to-use software, and top-notch customer service. I had a hard drive failure several years and lost most of my panel designs. I sent them a note asking for any files they might have, and they sent copies of everything I had ever ordered.
