Crap. Men can be topless in public, but women can't. Even if there was equality in this area, women's chests are slightly more sexualized than men's.

I'm going to have to give a not crap to the guy from Def Leppard who's probably about 80 years old but still looks cut as hell up there.

I wouldn't judge somebody for performing without a shirt, but anyone performing without will be judged as such.

If you're shirtless in a bar playing a wah solo - ye shall be judged.
But typically I don't think twice when a drummer or active vocalist/frontperson are shirtless.

Worth noting that where I live, it's been legal for over 25 years for [those who identify as] women to go topless anywhere in public - but they don't.
Because its a buttrock move? Or repression? Probably both.
