Yeah, we all love the records from Monster Movie to Soon Over Babaluma.

But what of the later records? The production gets cleaner, Holger stops playing bass on the last three, and then the late 80s reunion record with Malcom Mooney!

There's a really good Can triple album from 2012 called 'The Lost Tapes'. *smirk*

In all seriousness, I haven't heard anything after 'Flow Motion' and I will make it my goal this weekend to finally listen to all that stuff so I can give my two cents on the matter.

Ha, I know, I know, I know!

I recently picked up Landed, Flow Motion, and Saw Delight and...I think Saw Delight is actually my favorite post-Damo Can album.

Need to give the other three a listen finally but I just got a couple songs into Out of Reach and it's definitely a step down from SD.

Yeah, I should probably give this stuff more of a chance. I'm not gonna go in expecting Father Cannot Yell pt 2, but approached like a Headhunters album or whatever I bet it can be enjoyable. At bare minimum the drumming is probably incredible.

edit: shuffling around a bit, I think the instrumental tracks are generally strong but anything with more than very minimal vocals goes straight to hell.
