Please share.

Other than that, "Great Reset" beyond scary, evocative branding doesn't seem to have much substance. That meme was started after the 2008 crisis, "we got to find new ways to live" blabla. What ever became of that? Nothing much it seems.

Transhumanism well lots can be said about it. Is it a threat to punk though?

I know these weren't what you were asking but I just thought of them.

Don't know what exactly you're asking tbh.

Hey krakabash/familiar presence TBD,

Hope you've been OK during the pandemic. Hoping things are reaching a "new normal" where you are, and that you get to see your family and friends again.

I don't know if your threads are going to "pop" the way they did 10 years ago. Just hoping you know that up front.
Pretty sure everyone here now exhibits some combo of "has way worse problems to pay attention to," "has learned the preciousness of time on earth," and/or "has gently self-medicated with an edible and cannot be riled up by this kind of thing."

There's always the option to post normally on here. Like to talk about whether someone has a lead on obscure PSU parts, or whether the first Boston album is good.

Best,
Mason

I view Punk as Right Wing, as did Johnny Ramone.
Normally, I'd be like "to each their own" but,
Transhumanism is woke?????

Well there have been all kinds of currents right? My impression is that a significant portion of it have been apolitical, like just about partying and having fun and stuff, which sometimes includes making fun of people they perceive as busybodies or overly serious persons. Which indeed can go in reactionary directions, like the refuse of the counterculture floating around in alt-right circles.
But saying it is inherently right-wing? Seems to have neither historical precedent nor much of a point.

Tell us your sad stories!
the One and Only wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 12:03 pm How are you all coping in this Transhumanist/great-Reset era of madness?
Is there something new about transhumanism?
Also, please explain what is has to do with being "woke".
