Right on. If ESPN doesn't fire her they're essentially confirming that Maria was a diversity hire and nobody said/did anything wrong. That's the only way to interpret it. You can't throw your employer under the bus like that and just sail on. It sure looks like a bad time out there.

Even Adam Silver is saying "too little too late."
It just proves how replaceable all those people really are and 99% of it is who you know who you blow.
