Now 30, Elden says his parents never signed a release authorising the use of his image on the album.

He also alleges the nude image constitutes child pornography.

It’s a trip. Everyone involved in the album has tons and tons of money. I feel like I’m the last little bit of grunge rock. I’m living in my mom’s house and driving a Honda Civic.

The horror!!! If only there was some way he could get some more money for a better car and suitable place to live.

I'm sure it's rough living with the person who ostensibly signed-off on his unwitting foray into the world of CP. Dude needs a gofundme stat!!!

Maybe I'm generalizing, but I'd think any parent who is allowing their child to be used as some kind of art should have at least the slightest inkling of signing a licensing agreement.

I had an '85 Honda Civic; put 310,000 miles on that blessed little brown shitbox. They'll go forever as long as you change the serpentine every 80k or so.

He's appeared in recreations of the image several times in the past. It sounds like he's now recreating the image on a more conceptual level.

Non-sexualised photos of infants are generally not considered child pornography under US law.

However, Elden's lawyer, Robert Y. Lewis, argues that the inclusion of the dollar bill (which was superimposed after the photograph was taken) makes the minor seem "like a sex worker".
ah.. so that's the distinction huh. Otherwise my parents would be Gary fucking Glitter.
