Hey everybody, I'm just wondering if anyone has had any interactions with the Support department within this company? (It seems like they are maybe connected to Focusrite?)
I have an issue with one of my studio monitors which I first contacted them about in mid October, they took over a week to get back to me. I then took about a week to get back because I was traveling, but have now gone weeks without a response (for a monitor that is 2 years old and covered by Warranty.)
I'm lucky that I'm not actively mixing and can kind of get by with one monitor and headphones for most of what I am doing, but jesus, how is it ok to just not respond for weeks on a warranty request? Yesterday I asked the dealer I bought from to try and help escalate, and he said he was reaching out to his rep, but still nothing.
