UK band. Reminds me of late Fall. Saw them last night and it was a good show.

I hear them as younger sister talking to friend on the phone over the sound of rock and roll coming from her brother's room next door.

Their best known track.

For the poll, wet is good, dry is bad.

I'm into it. Her delivery is dry and hilarious and the guitar player clearly has good influences. The sound can be a little same-y after a while, but NC for a relatively new band. (the eps are pretty good too)

I liked the track "Scratchcard Lanyard" when I heard it. They're playing the Neptune in Seattle on Sunday.

Good vocal delivery - yes it is described as 'dry'. Also like the emo-esque guitar playing.

They annoy the shit out of me. No critical or thoughtful reasoning, they're a specific flavor and it doesn't vibe with me the way some people are with cilantro. I vote crap, but no knock on anyone enjoying them.

"...this shirt is dry clean olny, which means it's dirty!"

Band is kinda ok I guess. But the singer ruins it a bit.

NC...enjoyable in small doses.
Of all the Mark E. Smith inspired stuff to come out of the British Isles since his passing, this might be the most inspired next to Sleaford Mods.

The rhythm section might as well be the Strokes. It could be good but the two songs posted sound so musically generic.
