Here is the first single from our new album, Why You Don't Come Around, out June 3rd, 2022.



This band has a bunch of recognizable buddies, I'd say. Franki from Petrillo, Brad Miller from Brown Company and the Kalamazoo Drone Orchestra, Chafe Hensley from Minutes and Out, Mark Walters from The Revelators, and me, Ike Turner, from Minutes and Out and New Standards Men.

This is our first album. I'm super proud of this little bird flying off today.

i've said it elsewhere, but the latest Wowza and this handturner album are highlights for me from a really great year in music. kalamazoo weirdos just killing it.

Been a busy year here, which is kinda Franki's and my own 'resting heart rate' when it comes to this stuff.

This is a bloody great album and I’ve been enjoying it very much this past gloomy week. I missed the boat on the Wowza album, so I’ll have to give it a listen and also pick it up on the first Friday of January as is my purchasing habit as of late.

Here's a new ep! Out tomorrow for bandcamp day, but here it is now in case you're making a list or whatnot.
