Software/Plugin Marketplace

Got VSTs you want to sell? Other sound-making software you no longer want/need/use? Wanna try something different without spending any money?

Because this is the PRF, I'd sell for whatever I have under market price on something like Knobcloud or KVR or trade for something else.

Here's what I have to offer for sale/trade:

- Bitwig Studio 4 - (Mac/Windows/Linux)
- bx_console SSL 4000 G - (Mac/Windows)
- Overtone AF2-10/100 Digital EQ - (Mac/Windows/Linux)
- Overtone Pultec series - PTC-2A (Low), PTM-5A (Mid) - (Mac/Windows/Linux)
- Overtone EQ 500 - 500 series style EQ - (Mac/Windows/Linux)
- Overtone Dyn500 - 500 series style compressor - (Mac/Windows/Linux)
- Overtone Reverb 500 - 500 series reverb - (Mac/Windows/Linux)

(I've got some UAD stuff I would want to sell/trade, but I am not sure how easy it is to transfer their native VSTs licenses.)

I've always wondered how to factor the depreciation of used software for a "used" market. Also wondered why you can't buy older versions of stuff at lower cost for the most part. Let me buy isotope 8 for like $20. Real reason is probably that there is usually very little advancement from version to version.

I check the most recent prices for new, see what's on sale often, and then double check Knobcloud for average pricing. You'd be surprised, but you can get for example one version back of iZotope for half the price or less (def not $20).
