My Traynor YGL3 mkiii sounds glorious after warm up but it’s really low output and the tubes are glowing orange, is this normal? What can I do to get it louder?

Do you know the age of the tubes or if anything like the capacitors have been updated? Some of these old amps need some love, if it's been awhile.

The orange glow is normal, but I guess it depends on how bright.
